Why are your items embroidered and not printed?

We've chosen embroidery over standard printing techniques because it offers a hands-on, tactile experience that simply can't be matched by printing. With embroidery, we're able to create unique textures and depth, giving our designs a distinct aesthetic appeal. Plus, the durability of embroidery ensures that your pieces will last longer, allowing you to wear them with confidence for years to come.

How are your items sized?

The majority of our pieces are intentionally designed to be oversized, providing a relaxed and comfortable fit. You can expect our items to fit slightly larger than standard sizes.

How long does shipping take?

For our customers in the UK, shipping is free of charge! International orders are subject to a shipping fee that covers packaging and shipping costs. Please note that customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more details.

How can I track my order?

Currently, we do not offer tracking for orders. However, we're working on implementing this feature in the future to provide you with a better shopping experience. Rest assured, your order should arrive within 7 working days once it has been dispatched.
